Set in the town centre, Sunningdale Bed and Breakfast has a drop-off, and collection facility at the gate. Parking is within 5 metres on the main road or private parking is available to the rear of the property for disabled people.

Entrance to the property is from the public footpath via a 900mm gate, on to a pedestrian only walkway 1400mm wide with non-slip flagstones. The path is well lit at night.

The main front door which is 800mm wide is accessed via one step, which is 230mm high, and 460mm deep. This leads you into the porch area, (involving a step of 40mm high) over the bottom U.P.V.C. front door frames.

The porch is well lit at night and has a non-slip floor covering. The inner front door is 1000mm wide, with a 100mm step up into the main lobby area.

The lobby area is also the main corridor on the ground floor. This corridor is 1000mm wide and is well lit. Floors are covered with  quality carpets which do not impede the passage of wheelchairs.

All internal doors are full-wood panelled and are 800mm wide. The handles are 800mm from the floor level.

Access to the letting landing is via 12 steps that are 260mm deep and 170mm high. These 12 steps take you to the half-landing which contains the combined bath/shower room and the separate toilet. There are a further 5 steps of the same size, up to the letting landing.

All rooms are accessed from this letting landing via 800mm full-wood panelled doors, with handles 800mm from ground level. The letting landing is well lit throughout the hours of darkness.

All rooms are carpeted throughout, and will not impede wheelchairs. Rooms are furnished with either 915mm (3'-0") or 1400mm (4'-6") beds with adequate walking room around all sides. All the rooms have a 14" Colour TV with remote control, corded kettles and hair-dryers. In-room information folders and breakfast menus can be read out to anyone requiring assistance with reading. En-Suite facilities are available in our double room only and are compact. We would welcome all Assistance Dogs and we would provide any assistance required up to 23.00hrs (11.00pm)
